Yes readings can be rescheduled in line with our cancellation policy. This can be found on the booking page and on a booking receipt.
A minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the start of your reading is required.
Absolutely, you need to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. So please do feel free to have a friend/ relative with you for the reading. If you have a companion with you, you may wish for them to take notes.

On the rare occasion that we are unable to connect with spirit during a private reading, I will connect with my spirit guides to understand the reason why.
The reason can vary from it not being the correct time to have the reading, or it may be that I am unable to connect with you.
Depending very much on the circumstances during the reading, I may either offer a free reading at a later date or to refund the monies paid.
During the last 6 months of 2024, only 1% of private readings were refunded.
